No Idea, but the same Problem since Yesterday. You can Install without 
an Instance, this works fine,
but the Installation Script for an Instance has a Problem, Any Pages in 
the Web means, thats a PHP or Pearl Script Problem. I'm in Discussion 
with IBM,
but they have no Fixe at this Time.
