Domino comes with its own IBMJava 1.1.8. To change this, you can use the 
notesjre -command.

This message is just a warning. You can savely ignore it. BTW, the java2 jitc 
will probably not help...

To start it manually try as user notes /opt/lotus/bin/server

The package is called "domrun". Use the latest version for 7.3.

Login as user notes. But if you have the scripts installed "rcdomino" will 
switch users for you. "rcdomino" has to be run as root.
