Problems after update to SuSE 8.1

Hi all,
I made an update from SuSE 8.0 to 8.1 . But now I can't start my
notes-server (5.0.11) which ran two month without any problems. The
following message appears on the console:
expr: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory

Does anybody know why the server can't find this file?
