performance problem with SUSE 7.3+Domino R5.0.11

Hello all,

I installed Domino R5 on SUSE Linux 7.3 (kernel 2.4.10-64GB-SMP) on Compaq 

ML 370 G2 server (dual Intel Pentium III 1.6 GHz) with 1.256 MB RAM and 72 

Gb disks. 
System works fine but after system reboot we have problems with 
performance. When we want to send emails (after pressing send botton in 
Notes client) we have to wait cca. 10-20 sec to send mail and get response 

from Notes client. But after one week server starts working very fast.
Do you have any idea what's wrong?
