Restricted from sending mail

Hi, 
 
I want to set forwarding address for some of my users.
 
I have put the other user’s mail addresses in “Outbound sender control
“(Server Configuration > Restriction and controls > SMTP outbound
control).
 
For example when I want to send an email to a user that has forwarding
address, server doesn’t relay the mail to the specific address, and a
Restriction error
