Hi,
We use the same field to filter spam. Just click a "simple action" agent,
deleting mails where this field contains YES. But beware: This only works
if users mailbox uses Rich Text (can be modifies in NAB's person record).
If user runs MIME the field will not be converted to type TEXT but remains
RFC823 TEXT. this format can not be used for selection formulas in views
and agents.....

Hi,

If you do not want to use the spam filter mechanisms already built in
(DNSBLSite field),
you could change the subject through spamasassin e.g. add a key "*SPAM*"
and run an agent on the server that will run on newly received mails or
scheduled, look for that key and if found remove the key and put the mail
into the junkmail folder...
