domino 6.5 and 6.5.1 are working fine right now.
I installed the old libraries (libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1) and exchanged java. 
I´m using jre 1.4.2. Now I don´t get any errors at all! Seems to me, that 
this has to be done on every unsupportet os (SuSE, debian, mandrake, 
slackware,...)
