problems with Domino 6.x on Redhat 7.3

Hi all!

I have very big problems with the installation of domino 6.x ( I tried 
6.0.1, 6.0.2, 6.0.3 and 6.5.1) on a redhat 7.3 box.
The installation works fine, but when I want to configure the server, I 
can only see the loopback device instead of the two NICs, which are in 
there...
I thought, that I should not worry about that, as long as I can configure 
network cards in the notes.ini file. So I finished the configuration an 
started setup, but the system crashes with an internal server error, 
status 0x15f5 at 1% of the complete configuration.
Has anybody ever experienced such a problem?
I allready inserted LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.2.5 into .bashrc / .bash_profile 
and changed the java by installing sun - java. Both actions did not helb 
anything!
The thing is, that I am totally new to redhat and never tryed anything on 
it. So I do not really know, how to use the built in tools! I even got 
domino 6.5.1 on debian to work...
