Hmm, there is something wrong with /etc/sysconfig/domino or your domino_runtime RPM. I think something got wrong when installing the RPM. /etc/sysconfig/domino belongs to the domino-runtime RPM. The value of NOTES_MAXSHAREDMEM is calculated by a postinstall script during installation of the RPM. Can you try to uninstall the domino-runtime RPM, delete /etc/sysconfig/domino if it still exists and install the rpm again. If that doesn't help, just copy the working one from the other machine.
