I would take the password off the id file as Henning said.

One thing I have noticed is that if Domino is up and running and you
make the file domino.input smaller - by editing it and deleting lines,
then Domino won't run any command you put in there until the file gets
back to its original size. i.e. don't remove stuff from the input
file...

I've accidentally done this a couple of times by forgetting the double
