Thank you for your advice. Book yeps it already with me and i am on it.
Secondly i have done the installation with the help of ibm red books
but configuration is the problem.  But now i have received few good tips
from domino administrator that release 6 will perform good
but not domino r5 or pre release 6.

these are satisfied. ldap needs some tweaking. But works seamlessly. Even
if used from other systems.

So my advice: take some hours, sit down and learn. There are about 50
Books out there in the wild teaching Domino. Specializing in
administrating a domino server are 20 of those. I can't recomend one
beeing the best, because they all cover nearly the same topics. Go in a
good book store and find out which suites your needs best. Then buy it.
Then read it. Start setting up a domino server. Take some closer look at
the help documents delivered with domino. Then start asking questions
again!
