I am taking my statement back - even though something seems strange. It happened to me yesterday on my SUSE 9.1 local computer where I didn't invesigate further but simply used a rpm -Fvh k_deflt... The 9.0 system I noticed today had a 0.12.3 and the fresh "fou4s -ue" came up with: k_deflt 2.4.21-243 (2.4.21-144 ) [dl] security 25005kb When I check "rpm -qi k_deflt" on the system, I can see that the -243 RPM was already installed on Oct 13. So the new version is correct about k_deflt and the old fou4s version might have had a cache problem.
