Difference between YOU and fou4s

I'm using the latest fou4s 0.12.4-1 with SUSE 9.1.
I have updated most of my packages with YOU but switched to fou4s for
the last week updates.

If I do fou4s -ue the output of missing updates is different than what I 
get with YOU.

YOU says I'm missing the latest xpdf, man, cyrus-sasl, rsync, te-tex and
tcsh updates though I did install them with fou4s and foue4s is not 
showing them anymore.

Whats the problem here ? How can I synchronize the output. Shall I install 
with YOU again ?
