Slow 9.2 fou4s due to wget

For your information:
fou4s is extremely slow on SUSE 9.2 systems if you use http_proxy.
The wget binary is faulty and adds two minutes consideration time
to every download :-(
SUSE has a fix since Nov 14 and it is hopefully on its way to the
update servers. (SUSE-Bugzilla bugs 47965 and 48284)
