Supplementary updates skipped

Hi,

I'm trying to get fou4s to update KDE for me, but it's automatically putting 
all the supplementary packages into the auto skipped packages file. When I 
run fou4s -e -v -v  it says they're the wrong architecture, and if I look at 
the description files, there Series: line is blank.

Any idea how this can be fixed?
