New Beta - with Delta RPM support!

Hi,
I've been hard working during my holidays and the current beta includes 
now delta rpm support :)
You can get it from
http://fou4s.gaugusch.at/beta/fou4s-0.13.0-0.0.noarch.rpm

It should also fix the wrong "kernel reboot notification" that occured 
with the latest kernel update.

A slight performance increase should also be noticed, but you might not 
feel it a lot.
