The warning is sensible as long as it doesn't prevent you from=20
downloading.   And it shouldn't.  Those of us who patch SLES
directly from SuSE (I've only got one SLES machine...) would
have failures without error messages if we'd forgotten, other-
wise.

Depends on whether the problem is server- or client-side.

  1. Have you checked that you have the _complete_ patch.rpm-file on=20
     the server?  What are you doing to build the mirror?
  2. What happens if you do wget (which is what fou4s uses to fetch)
     directly to the URL of, say, the above package?
  3. How many machines do you have fetching updates in parallell?=20
     Do they all fail, or only some of themk, and on the same=20
     packages?
