(Hopefully) last beta of fou4s-0.13.0

Hi, 
I've fixed the bug reported by Matthias Andree (import/export more than 
once causes already installed packages to be addeded to the download 
file). I've also updated the architecture handling code, so some things 
may be broken (you must update to this fou4s version on every host that 
you are trying to contact using --host/--import/--export).
Of course I'm confident that everything works with the new release, so 
I've uploaded it and users of the current beta should be notified as 
usual.

PS: Don't upgrade to SuSE 9.3 if you haven't made a dump of your 
Subversion repository _before_ the upgrade ... *grmbl*
