That's true.

I hope it's the other way round, or is it on purpose, that you install 
the files found on the day before, and then download new ones?

The original poster used non-YOU RPMs (inofficial SuSE KDE update). If 
you are only using the standard YOU RPMs there should not be any 
problem. In fact, this behaviour is copied from YOU (at least I was told 
that this is the behaviour of YOU).
