Try to use the parameter "--rightsok" (can be abbreviated to --ri) as
FIRST parameter. But I think that there is something badly broken on your
system, sg is the "switch group" command, which is part of the "shadow"
package. Please check that the shadow RPM is installed, or re-install it
from CD/FTP (e.g. with suse-get from my homepage ;-)
