Support for openSUSE 11.1

Hi,

I've uploaded a new version with support for openSUSE 11.1 and also 
improvements for 11.0.

If you are using one of the intermediate versions from the last days, 
please run fou4s --cleancache first, otherwise the update (and also new 
SuSE updates) won't be detected.
Be sure to upgrade at least to version 0.15.0-0.15, some versions in 
between can't update themselves at all.

More updates will follow during the next days, as I'm crunching lots of 
minor bugs now :)
