New Release: fou4s-0.11.3

Finally, there is a new release of fou4s that fixes the most outstanding
bugs:

* Fixes for 0.11.2
  o Wrong detection of AMD64 arch (typo, again!)
  o Ignoring of Ignore/Remarklist
  o RpmCache overrides ARCH given on commandline
  o Summary had wrong values for the "to download" column
* Added -z (compress) option to rsync calls

There will be a new release with adaptions for 9.1. I have received infos
from beta testers, but couldn't get a version for myself to test. If you
can help me, you are welcome :)

PS: This version was already released on Mar 31st, but I had no time to
write the announcements. And I also thought that the 1st of April wouldn't
be a good date for that ;-)
