While looking at the fou4s cache I noticed that the hostname is part of some files/directories names: For example: /var/cache/fou4s/skipped-patches.<hostname>.9.1 IMHO, it would be better to have localhost instead of the hostname in the file names. In this way, if the hostname is changed the cache isn't broken. This came to my attention specifically because I'm building a replacement server with a temporary hostname that will change when it goes into "production". Removing the cache will solve most of the problem (apart from needing to specify skipped patches again) - and changing this may be a bigger problem while updating fou4s. If this isn't changed, adding this info to the faq would be useful. Carlos -- Carlos Costa e Silva <[email protected]> --
