Some inconsistencies in interactive mode

1. 
Perform download/update ([Y]es/[N]o/[S]kip forever/show [D]escription)? 

suggests capital letters, however, it *requires* small letters.

2.
[S]kip forever
doesn't seem to skip forever
I accidentally skipped the latest kernel update and was surprised that I 
was asked again

3.
Can we have a special interactive mode which prompts only for the update 
that requires that mode? At the moment you have to do two install runs if 
you want to avoid getting asked for each update.
