Incompatibility with new 9.0 kernel patch?

Suse just released kernel 2.4.21-241 for all 2.4 platforms which fixes a 
bug in the 238 kernel which was released only a few days ago. This is what 
I get with fou4s. I tested on two machines, same result. Maybe a format 
change or fault in the kernel-51570 file? (Same procedure works just fine 
on our 8.1 machines.)
