That is correct. The installed kernel is version 2.6.5 and the running
kernel is 2.6.4. You updated your kernel without rebooting, which is
absolutely necessary!

Same here: You have 2.4.21-215 running, but 2.4.21-243 (newer) is
installed on your harddisk.
Just reboot and the message will be gone. It's for your own safety :)
