This is what I had to do on my upgraded 16.0 system:

1. Remove obsolete key: 
rpm -e gpg-pubkey-70af9e81-39db7c82

2. Uninstall old kernels from 15.6:
 zypper rm kernel-default-6.4.0-150600.23.30.1.x86_64 kernel-default-6.4.0-150600.23.78.1.x86_64

(your system might have different versions of the old kernel-default-6.4.0-150600.XXXX kernels of course, so adjust the command as needed).
