PipeWire PulseAudio implementation

When I try to install this on my ThinkPad:

pipewire-pulseaudio - PipeWire PulseAudio implementation This package 
provides a PulseAudio implementation based on PipeWire

I get this error message:

Cannot access installation media

https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/ecsos/15.6/

ecsos's Home Project (15.6) (Medium 1).

Check whether the server is accessible.

I had no problem on my desktop. I'm using 15.6 KDE on both.

Any ideas?
