I don't think Agama covers that base in the sense you're probably looking for,
while TW does:
<https://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/iso/>
IME for rescue, any live media can work for most rescue purposes.

Agama /is/ live. ISTR it gets started by GDM. There are login shells available on
its tty3-up.
