It does not matter if it is not a distro issue. The etc issue is not a 
distro issue either. All that is irrelevant. They are just samples of 
things that hit the TW user more than the Leap user.

I'm not saying that TW is "baaad". No. It is different. Just different. 
And I know that these differences will Affect the OP more than others.
