That's going to be an Andrei question, Obviously something isn't happy fetching the file from the nvidia repo, but what or why is beyond my HTTP2 stack knowledge. We've seen temporary mess-ups with the repos, but they generally resolve themselves. The good new for TW, it doesn't look like any patching of G04 or G05 is needed for the 7.1 kernel that is coming.
