You will really, really like Tumbleweed.

Same install, same openSUSE, just no EOL and update as frequently, or 
infrequently as you like. I moved from 15.4 to TW and have been very 
pleased. SELinux can be a pain with customizations, but it is simple to 
disable while leaving its structure and config fully intact. Just add:

   security=selinux selinux=1 enforcing=0

to your kernel command line, and it won't bother you until you remove 
the 'enforcing=0' option.
