Not really true, no. The tense is wrong. It is not correct to say 
"Google WILL support". Chrome _already_ supports v3; the new spec dates 
back about 8 years now.

UBlock Origin **Lite** is a Mv3 addon. The original and full uBO is a 
Mv2 addon.
