I'm back.
I found out that the TW rescue CD on USB stick doesn't have persistence.
Everything I installed there days ago is lost, my configurations are lost.

Anyway. Smartctl long test found no error. I did an fsck on home
(xfs_repair), found nothing. Mounted swap, nothing. Rebooted, nothing.
Baffled.
