I have:
 openSUSE TW: hp:/usb/DeskJet_2800_series?serial=CN54TJ82XV

I have:
 openSUSE TW: PCFileName: "drvless.ppd"

When I print from Okular, the first time I give a Print command I get paper 
output. However when I give again a print command I see messages something 
like Starting print and Printing ready, but no paper output.

Using the Cups webpage and choosing Printers -> DeskJet_2800 -> Show Completed 
Jobs, I see the last job printed with "Reprint job" on that line. Clicking on 
it gives the paper output.

Any idea how to get directly paper output?
