ham radio files missing

Hi all,
I was just looking at the package list for SUSE 9.3 PRO on Novell's web
site. I cannot find the "Ham radio" packages that are in the rest of the
9.x releases. They are not in the main package list nor are they in the
DVD only list. Are they available, or did they get dropped? If not
anybody know how to make a tarball into a suseRPM?
