There is a new beta version of twclock at http://wa0eir.home.mchsi.com

This program displays Local, GMT, or the current time at hundreds of
locations around the world.
It also has an ID timer that sends your call in CW via the soundcard.
Just feed the soundcard output
to your rig for an automatic CW ID.
 
This version has been put under automake, so installation is the
standard /.configure, make, and make install
process.  There is also a statically linked version.
