You could try the packages on my ftp site. Just set up an installation source pointing to http://ftp.w1nr.net/suse-ham/dg7gt.osth.de/suse-10.1-ham-extended/ RPM's for xastir and aprsd are in there. But, I would go with 10.1 since the kernel that ships with SLED probably does not have AX.25 built in as a module.
