Hi to all, I got the 9550SX-4LP. It works great. OS: Suse 10. The only thing I had to do is a firmware update to the controller and to specify the drivers at Suse installation. Now, I read about some problems when updating Suse ... more exactly a kernel update, that the drives are not seen anymore after a reboot. I would like to update the suse but I work remote and if the system doesn't boot anymore then I have BIG problems. Do you have any suggestions? or... it should work well.... Andy. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: "Andy" <[email protected]> Cc: <[email protected]>; <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, January 12, 2006 4:53 PM Subject: Re: [suse-amd64] Sata Raid Controller for 64 bit? > Check out the 9550SX-4LP.
