Ok, AFAICS your repos should not contain KDE4 versions of these packages.
And the packages in Tumbleweed definitely do not require kdelibs4, see e.g. 
https://build.opensuse.org/package/binary/openSUSE:Factory/kfind?arch=x86_64&filename=kfind-17.08.3-1.1.x86_64.rpm&repository=standard

But I think the "problem" is that your zypper search query probably also finds 
"kdelibs4support" and "libKF5KDELibs4Support5"... ;-)
That's part of KDE Frameworks 5 (to help with porting kdelibs4 based 
applications), and will *not* be dropped (in the whole KF5 life cycle).
