This combination exists there as alternate for "Previous tab" action, but not 
in the profile edit: open "Konsole --> Settings --> Configure shortcuts" and 
type "Pg" in the search field to avoid lots of scrolling. Removing the 
shortcut from there does the trick (tested just now).
