Since there was no response about this here or on the opensuse list, a 
BUG has been  about this issue. It doesn't work properly on Leap 42.3 or 
Leap 15-Beta-187.1. It sure would be nice if this worked on Leap-15 
because we are stuck with SuSE-13.2 until it is fixed.
