Currently as in officially in the distro only kopete: there used to be KDE 
Telepathy (KTP) as well, but it was removed due to build breakage followed by

There's no support to Hangouts in either KTP or kopete, in general, IIRC. It's 
a proprietary walled garden, so this doesn't surprise me.
