Quite a few packages in that list actually have been ported to KF5 though and don't depend on kdelibs4 anymore (as of Leap 15.0 already actually). So you either have long outdated/old packages installed, or you are using some older Leap version (42.3 maybe?). Just to be clear: this removal will of course not happen in already released Leap versions, just in Tumbleweed for now and future Leap releases then (15.2 at the earliest, I would say).
