That's totally unrelated. The indexer in Akonadi, although originally derived 
from Baloo, uses Xapian and not lmdb (while Baloo the file indexer does indeed 
use lmdb). 

However it might be useful to optimize the database with "akonadictl vacuum".

I can't reproduce this issue with suspension (I *did* with hibernation, 
though, but just once, and there was some other lingering bug that was later 
fixed, so I'm not sure if it was the cause), I suspend my laptop a lot and PIM 
behaves correctly.
