Well, I cannot reproduce it here on openSUSE Leap 15.1 with the latest KDE 
packages from additional repos. (I just tried to create >20 new files...)

It looks similar to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=417749 (also the 
backtrace is the same AFAICS), but I cannot reproduce it on Samba shares 
either.
