No, but you say they are listed, by coredumpctl I suppose.
So you should be able to extract via coredumpctl as well.

I don't have it installed here currently (and it's been a few years since I 
last used it), but IIRC this should do:
coredumpctl info "coredump identifier"

or

coredumpctl gdb "coredump identifier"
