Uninstalling telemetry completely is not possible without rebuilding the 
packages.

If telemetry being disabled by default is still not sufficient for you, you 
can disable it at the system level by adding a configuration file.

If that's still not enough, you can also add a firewall rule to block traffic 
to telemetry.kde.org, or add an entry into your hosts file pointing to a local 
IP address.
