If you feel like doing the actual work:

- branch the package from KDE:Extra
- Update the package (add the new tarball, bump version, add changelog 
entries)
- Commit the changes
- Submit the changes back to KDE:Extra

The wiki has some instructions (https://en.opensuse.org/
openSUSE:Build_Service_Tutorial#A_start_to_end_example_of_a_simple_change). 

Otherwise this message can be considered a "poke" and some maintainer may get 
to it if time allows.
