I tripped over the same thing - the actual content of the menu is cunfigurable 
now:

- right-click on desktop, open desktop settings (where you change the 
wallpaper)
- go to "mouse actions"
- there's a little "settings" button on the right of each option, the one next 
to "context menu" lets you turn each menu line on or off.
